Dealer looking for load-in/load-out help.

If anyone would be interested in helping us with load-in and/or load-out of our merchandise, we can give you some of our merchandise in exchange for your help. At most anime cons, load-in is on Thursday afternoon or early evening. Load-out would start after the dealers' room closes Sunday, usually this would be either 3 or 4 pm. We still haven't gotten load-in/load-out instructions from the con, so I don't know for sure the times. Depending on logistics of getting things into the hotel, it will take 2 1/2 to 4 hours to get everything in. Let me know if you're interested.

Will you be there for load in on Thursday or will you just be available for load out on Sunday? Some of our boxes are heavy. I'm not sure of the exact weight, say up to 50 lbs. I can't lift heavy boxes myself, so if you can't do it, my wife will have to handle the heavier boxes. For Thursday load in, we plan to be at the hotel by 3 pm and be ready to start carrying in as soon as they let us. We have a small cart. If possible, it would be good if we could snag an extra cart from the hotel. That would speed things up. How will we recognize you? I'm 65, about 5 foot, 9 inches, around a couple hundred pounds, balding, and walk with a cane. My wife is 46, about 5 foot, 4 inches, and around 150 pounds. We'll probably be hanging around outside of the dealers' room until they let us set up. Afterwards, we'll be bringing things in from the parking lot. We have a full sized, white GMC Savanna 3500 van with some paint chipped off of the front, Indiana plates.

If you get to the hotel on Thursday and don't see us tell someone on the Dealers' Room staff that you're there to help the dealer Star Ship Cat with load in and they can point us out to you.

ok, well I work until 3 on thursday, but I could definitaely head right over to help load in! :D I'm about 5 foot 4 and I have black and at the time probably red hair. I might be able to lift the heavy boxes, but I'm not sure until I lift them :D I'm not sure if I can help load out on Sunday though :/
