Artists will mostly be cash only, vendors and dealers will be half and half cash or credit. You NEED ID other than your badge for credit. If you're worried about losing cash, you can find some thin fanny pack type things that go around your waist under clothes.

Hello, it's my first time as well. I do not believe you need a permit but you may need to register for sales tax. here is a link that may be useful. http://www.revenue.state.mn.us/Forms_and_Instructions/sales_tax_booklet.pdf
Hey I was wondering if anyone else is cosplaying from Avatar the Last Airbender or Legend of Korra? I will be doing genderbent Korra and hopefully a fire nation Toph this year. Would be glad to see others.
I am going to be lame and cosplayers western characters (Frankly, because I already have the costumes!). I'll be going as Bane from Dark Knight Rises and Spider Jerusalem from Transmetropolitan.
I'm planning to get a hotel room at the con and still need some roommates. I have two possibly three right now. I want four or five more. It will be a double queen bed hopefully. The price will be around 45-55$ per person.
Hi
I am interested in promoting my items through conventions and thought Animinneapolis would be a great venture. I sell Origami, papercraft, and TCG handmade goodies. Was wondering if someone would be interested in splitting a booth? Let me know at yaoi4adollar (!at) gmail (dot) com
Thankies
